Pareidolia

After randomly spilling some ink on paper, I recognized forms that I associate with science and began drawing these forms directly on the ink. With each drawing the images became increasingly organic – resembling veins, neurons, and intestines. Ultimately Pareidolia alludes to the confusing mixture of curiosity, fear, awe, and mystery surrounding the concepts of research and scientific progress.
