• Several new solo and group exhibitons have been scheduled for the next couple of years. The Pareidolia series will be exhibited at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Medical Library during the Fall semester of 2008. In 2009, the series will be combined with related ceramic work for an exhibit at ARC Gallery, and for another exhibit at the International Museum of Surgical Science, both located in Chicago. • Two drawings from the Pareidolia series are being published in this year's iNDA, available for purchase in Summer 2008. The interNational Drawing Annual (iNDA) is an annual publication by Manifest Creative Research Gallery and Drawing Center, featuring works of contemporary drawing and writing about drawing.

• The piece commissioned by songwriter and composer Dan Wallace for the cover of his 2008 release Reattachment is complete. This drawing follows Timekeeper, a 2007 hybrid piece in which several medical scans were combined, printed, and altered. The new drawing combines Wallace's MRI scan with interpretations of imagery found in the album's title track. • Look for an article discussing the Horizon photographs in Volume 35 of Afterimage, a journal of media arts and cultural criticism. The article was written by James Glisson.

• Lots of new images will be added to various sections of the portfolio soon. New work, mostly in the realm of drawing and painting, and some new vessels and photographs will be added in the following weeks. Check back for updates.

• I am currently teaching a combined Beginning Photography and Photography II Summer class at Northeastern Illinois University, and a History of Photography class at Oakton Community College. In the Fall I will be teaching seven classes at four schools in the Chicago area: Northeastern Illinois University, Oakton Community College, Loyola University Chicago, and Wright College.
